Target

Does Target do price adjustments? They just marked a CD down that I got last week and I'm trying to decide what to do.

Thanks!

As far as I know they still do. I did a price adjustment a few months back with a few dvd's I bought, they went on sale the following week and I got the difference back.

I think they allow price adjustment within 14 days of purchase.

Yeah, 14 days from the date of purchase -- also as long as it's not a clearance item. The store i frequent seems pretty strict about that.

With your item, it should be no problem. Just make sure that you take the receipt in during the week the item is onsale for the cheaper price.

Price matching is what Target no longer does.

Theoretically, as long as you have the previous reciept and the funds to buy the item again at its reduced price, you have 90 days.

You could always buy the item on sale and return it with the other reciept. It is the same product so you are not trying to return a wrong product with a receipt.

Do this if they will not adjust the price for you. I did that with some clothes that went on clearance after I bought them. They wouldn't adjust so I just bought them on clearance and returned them at full price.
