So Alan finally gets his day in court against Y, F, & B and pulls off an impressive ruling in his favor. Alan blew Eugene's closing out of the water in his closing, even if Eugene still was riding low on that high horse of his.
Totally LOL when the cross examination of Tara went something like this:
The Denny Crane bit got old and stale awfully quick in its second week.
Another LOL quote was Crane's "We conduct our sexual harrassment behind closed doors, sailor." when commenting on Alan hitting on Tara at their office.

Lawyer: Have you had sex with Alan Shore?
Tara: No
Alan: I object!
Judge: She answered the question.
Alan: I know, I object to her answer of "No." I want to have sex with her...

I agree. Shatner is great. After a 4 or so year hiatus, I have definitely enjoyed these last 2 episodes. Of course they could have that British babe recite the alphabet and I would probably be glued to the televison.

Is it me or is the Denny Crane schtick overused already? I dunno, the more's revealed about the guy, the more he seems like a distant cousin of John Cage or Richard Fish.
The rest of the episode was good.

They overdid Denny Crane saying his name, but I still loved his character. For instance I liked when he was puzzled about Alan seeming to want to lose. I've always thought of Alan being like a distant cousin to Richard Fish. Crane does seem familiar, but I can't quite place it. What other characters have said their name a lot? Didn't Michael J. Fox's character on Scrubs do that too?

When Alan and Eugene were having the heated discussion about the settlement, I lovd how Shatner chimed in "Denny Crane!" even though he wasn't part of the conversation.

The cross examination of Tara was great. I hope that they explore her relationship with Alan further or at least just keep her so that they can always have the sexual innuendos.
I also like how both Alan and Denny don't understand each other but they both see that each of them is really good at what they do.

It's overused and the logical side of my brain is telling me that it *shouldn't* be funny. But damn, I was laughing hard.
