Seattle is coming together after a season full of injuries, but has the toughest remaining schedule and will be fortunate to beat N.O. and the Clippers.

Denver beats Seattle and Phoenix. Not nearly enough.

Utah beats N.O., Clippers, Phoenix. They get by Houston if they're lucky. Kirilenko is a stud and should contend for Defensive Player of the Year. Sloan misses out again on Coach of the Year. Completely unexpected success in both Utah and Memphis this year.

Portland 13-9 since trading Rasheed and the easiest remaining schedule = the most Eastern Conference opponents.
