Brackets are still in good shape for me since I had the Bama upset over Stanford in one pool and I didn't have Stanford to the Final 4 in any pool. I have UConn winning that region (and the whole thing) in all 3 of my pools so anything to make that road easier works for me.

Basically, if the favorites do well today, I should be in very good shape for the most part, pool-wise.

My only guess at a rationale is that they don't want too many games starting at 9 am in PST. Still, if they are going to do a triple-header, you would think they could do a 2-3-3 set-up.

Yes they were. They were up 10 with about 5 or 6 minutes left in the half and then they decided to play horrible defense and miss close shots.

Of course I knew that was what he/you were talking about - the fact is that for all the complaining about that play at the end, I can point to that sequence with Jamar with 2 minutes left.

I agree with a certain extent about 40 minutes, but on calling a flagrant foul on something that was clearly not a flagrant foul, that is another matter. That turned into a 5 point trip. Granted, I didn't see 38 minutes of the game, but NCSU only made 8 trips to the foul line. Seems kind of odd to me.
