Chappelle's Show 3/17/04

Much better than last week. Except for Wyclef. And I'm a Wyclef fan, but that was the stupidest song I've ever heard. He wants to be Bob Marley so bad, but it's pointless to even try.

Funny, I thought it was the best musical performance on the show yet.

Another funny episode from Chapelle. The weakest skit was the the part in the restaurant, but even that was decent. The Oprah skit was hilarious, especially when he went to the office to quit.

I don't think I'll ever get tired of the various incarnations of the R.Kelly "piss on you" song that he does...I almost piss on myself laughing everytime I see it.

Wow, Oprah "To be continued..." on another episode? I thought he was just going to finish that sketch at the end of this episode.

BTW, was that Chappelle's real wife in the first skit? Earlier in the season he said his wife was asian. If that wasn't her, anybody know what she looks like?

Chappelle's wife

I dont know if that asian girl tonight was his wife, but his wife is Asian. I want to know if it was her too, because that woman was on the show before, most notably in that slow motion skit. If it isnt the wife who is it? She is hot

I can honestly say...that is the funniest I've heard come out of the mouth of Arsenio Hall.

The Oprah and juror questioning skits were hilarious.

He's pretty funny when other people tell him what to say.

Does anyone know the name of the actor who played the lawyer in the OJ section of the court skit? He looked really familiar. As a follow-up, was he a guest star on any of the Star Trek series?

i think the oprah skit was too long. some of those scenes weren't very funny.
the juror one gets the thumbs up though.

He's been on EVERYTHING (think Mike Starr Lite). I remember him first as the Tourette's client on LALaw.........

pretty funny episode. far better than last week. Wyclef was hilarious. One of hte funniest sketch's on chappelle show, and he was being totally serious. Just seeing him rip off Marly and sing his stupid song with his dreads swinging around cracked me up.

hey do you think we will get to see that chick who was the model in the oprah sketch naked on the dvd?

Very funny episode. Arsino was the best part of the resurant skit. Quiting his job in the Oprah one was great! Funny stuff all around. I have to be honest though, I don't even watch the musical guests anymore. I thought it was stupid when In Living Color did it and still feel that way. I'd rather have another skit...

Same here. The lone exception was when John Mayer was the guest and he and Dave sang 80s TV themesongs.

Great episode. I was almost starting to believe Chappelle was losing his touch for a minute there.

Arsenio: "How come you didn't tell me how good the cheese was? MOTHERFU*KER! That's some good ass cheese, man. What you lookin at?!"
Server: "I was just..."
Arsenio: "Bob Eubanks lookin Mother... You should've told me how good that cheese was!"
