South Park Season Premiere 3/17
Hey guys,
Just wanted to give you guys a heads up about the South Park season 8 premiere, this Wednesday, March 17th.
Having an in at Comedy Central , I've seen quite a bit of this episode. From what I've seen of the episode so far it looks like it's gonna be one of the coolest looking episodes to date. The kids purchase some authentic ninja weapons, transforming them (in their imaginations, and on the screen) into anime-style characters! Anime Butters/Professor Chaos is truly kickass!
Being a fan of SP and anime, I'm excited for this one.

Great opening episode, perfect with the anime references. Dr. Chaos was sweet looking. I was worried it was going to be cool but not very funny, but I was surprised by how they were able to create a good balance. Although I must say I saw
. The only thing I didn't like was the ending, although funny I just wish they had kept it subtle. Overall though a quality opening for the new season.

And about the song, my guess is that Matt & Trey made up their own Japanese song. You'll find out the lyrics in the next day or so, they'll be posted on their website.

The nude bit was great, but the Butters/star in the eye bit was just getting pretty gross by the end.

awesome episode. Made me think of the Clerks cartoon mock anime episode (Oh my god, bear is driving!)
I saw the ninja star in the eye coming but it was still damn funny and cartman's power of invisibility was funny as hell. They prolly coulda skiped the town meeting part though but I guess they just had to get that shot in
