Heatwave and Jack

I've just seen Heatwave and Jack, brilliant!
But I'm sure I've heard that theme tune before, It was to a recent film, an action/spy film. And it was used in the title sequence.

Anyone! HELP!

I remembered the music, it's from "the negotiator".
Anyway, I thought the show was excellient.
I loved it when that foresnics guy asked for an autograph but didn't have a pen.
"Jack,you forgot I don't do door knobs!"

Anyone that has any balls to make something original and quirky gets canceled. I hate show about 30 somethings that live in apartments and go on crazy dates.

Cancelled. HV&J never even get a chance. The pilot episode thats floating around is as bootleg as bootleg can be. It never got a greenlight.

The writers of Heat Vision and Jack, Dan Harmon and Rob Schrab, have created a monthly screening for 5-minute TV shows in LA, set up like a network in which the shows compete against each other.

Channel101

One of Dan's shows which ran for 6 episodes was Computerman, and it also starred Jack Black.

His new show is Call Me Cobra and it's starring Drew Carey.

Rob Schrab's shows have been great, too: Twigger's Holiday and Ringwald and Molly.

There's some really funny stuff there. It's definitely worth checking out if you liked HV&J. If you live in LA, you could go to one of the screenings: otherwise, all the videos can be downloaded from the site.[/end plug]

Anyway, I loved HV&J. So many great lines. Ron Silver is great in the show. "If I feel so much as one bullet hit me, I'll come over there and pull your lungs out."
