RE (GC) possible glitch or just normal?

Hey guys I picked up a used copy of REmake the other day and after playing it for a few min I noticed that during the game (both in-game and cutscenes) there is a pause before the camera switches (happens almost every time). When the characters are moving its pretty noticable and somewhat irritating. I rented the game last yr and dont remember that happening. Is this:

A) Something wrong with the game?

B) Something to do with my GC?

C) Always how its been. Quit whining and keep playing.

Since I didnt even get an instruction booklet w/ the game I'm thinking of just saying its defective and returning it anways. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's annoying, but you get used to it. The engine was much improved for RE 0.
