apostrophes as ? at DVDTalk

Any idea what is going on? I'm runnning Netscape 7.1 on XP, and this only happens at DVDTalk, but only here and there.

Edit: works for me in IE. Perhaps changing language settings or something would help?

I first thought you might be experiencing an issue I’ve found at Half.com and elsewhere: when composing offline using Word, apostrophes become question marks. (Real question marks, not that funky symbol.)

Then I did something remarkable and checked out the thread you linked. The screen cap you posted wasn’t from your post, so it wasn’t a copy-and-paste issue.

Never seen the problem here (IE 6.x). Not much help, am I?
