Recommendations for region free/PAL DVD player??

that definetely will correctly display programs presented in Anamorphic Widescreen on 4:3 televison? and for under a $100ish. Thanks

Toshiba SD-3900 or SD-4900 or Philips 727. There is a big thread about this in International DVD.
