Is there a web site with detailed info on dishes?

I too am looking to dump cable as my basic analog cable bill now has hit $45. Am looking for info, on pros and cons of DishNetwork vs Direct Tv. I know Direct tv just raised their rates. What deals are out there. If there are differences in the equipment. I've always had cable, but it no longer seems to be a value so I am looking elsewhere.
