MTV2's Most Controversial Videos
I wasn't sure if this should be here or in Music Talk, so feel free to move it as you see fit, mods.
So I get up this morning to go to the gym and I'm sitting in front of the TV for a couple of minutes before I leave. I switched on MTV2 and they were showing the 25 (I think) most controversial videos from 4:00-5:00am. I tuned in on #2 and they showed Metallica's "Turn The Page" completely uncensored, with full-frontal nudity throughout. #1 was Bjork's "Pagan Poetry" with all images of her bare breasts and piercing footage intact. I have to say I was surprised and applaud them for the courage to show them in their intended forms.
Had this aired before or did it just sneak in under the radar? I don't remember seeing anything about it anywhere, but would love to catch the entire show.

Is it? I saw the one MTV did with "Jeremy" and "Smack My Bitch Up" and the like, but none of those had any really serious content to censor in the first place. This one kind of took me by surprise.

I saw this a few weeks ago and couldn't believe what I was seeing. I'm not quite sure how they can show this, even though it wasn't basic cable. It was cool seeing the uncensored "Closer" by NIN though.

Seen this before.
I remember VH1 showing "Justify my love" video on thier "sexiest videos" program years ago. I couldnt help watching it and wondering why this is considered "bad".
So what was cut out of the Fiona Apple "Criminal" video that made it back in for the "uncut" video program?

and the "criminal" video is as aired. the only reason that its a controversial video is because she was 16 or 17 when the video came out.

Yeah, this version was crappy. Why do they have to talk during the videos?
I only caught a few minutes of the original one a couple years ago. I hope it's on again sometime.
