Ok, everyone at school has been quipping to each other "I'm Rick james, bitch", for at least two weeks.

The only thing I've gathered is that this quote is from "The Chappelle Show"....

What the hell are these people talking about?

I'm sure this has been on the forum, but I can't find this particular
skit/segment anywhere for download or other perusal.

Synopsis or explanation anyone?


And no, I don't have Tivo or even cable TV....
