Umbrellas of Cherbourg re-release?

I recently read a mention of an "Umbrellas of Cherbourg" re-release in, I believe, either Entertainment Weekly or Premiere. It mentioned the release in February and seeing as how the month's more than half over and I haven't heard anything else, any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Koch Lorber is releasing it, and it will have an anamorphic transfer and a remixed 5.1 soundtrack, which I'm not crazy about, especially if they don't provide the original as well. Comes out April 6, if I recall correctly. Cover is up at Amazon; looks kinda nice.

That's great, hopefully it will be better than the Fox Lorber edition that I currently have, but when I started the thread I was under the impression that it was to receive a limited theatrical re-release.

Ah, my bad. Well that's great news, since I saw it about a year or so ago, and the print was pretty battered, and this was one of the prints from the last restoration.

I saw it last weekend here in NYC and Shiv is right. It looks good but these prints are from back in 92 when it was restored. Colors are beautiful and all but the quality of the prints could be improved. Still, amazing theatrical experience.

It's coming to the Nuart? YES! I wasn't impressed by the Fox Lorber DVD transfer. I hope this new print has colors that really pop out at you.
