Where ia a good place to sell HT gear (proj and screen)?
I am moving and sadly my new house does not have a extra room for a new HT. Not yet anyway. I have a Panasonic 75U with about 700 hours on it an a DIY fixed screen.
It their a decent marketplace online for this! Due to the screen size (90" diameter) ant the fact that it is a solid frame it would have to be local the the Market for pick-up.
EBAY may not be the place since I would expect someone would want to see it in action before buying.
Thanks

I would suggest 2 places:
The AVS Forum:
http://avsf.videogon.com/cgi-bin/buy.pl
or the Home Theater Forum:
http://www.hometheaterforum.com/htfo...?s=&forumid=10

Forget about selling the screen and just sell the PJ. It would be a lot cheaper for somebody to make a new DIY screen than have to worry about shipping or transporting your handiwork without damaging it. Besides, half the fun of a DIY screen is making it. If I had wanted a ready-made fixed screen I would have bought a professional one.
