I got my copy of it several years ago, and it wasn't until recently that I realized it was one of those defective ones. Is is possible to get a replacement copy from Columbia?
Does anyone have any contact info for Columbia Customer services?
Thanks! :)

I don't believe they were doing replacements with Monty Python & The Holy Grail. What exactly is wrong with yours? All I heard that there was a subtitle problem.

Yes, that's it. The subtitle's keep popping up.
Does anyone know where I can get a hold of Columbia.
of course i don't know if that info is still valid or they are replacing them anymore. they should of course, but then they shouldn't of screwed it up so bad in the frist place.
let me know how it goes, i held out for them to fix it all, so i never sent mine back, plus paying the shipping for it was also a slap in the face. but i guess i do need to get it replaced at some point.

earlier copies of the Meaning of Life DVD have an issue with progressive scan DVD players that causes the picture to become all fragmented.
