In terms of amount of content, Fischerspooner - #1 is packed. The albums remixed on the DVD, there's serveral videos, tons of remixes and a documentary. I wish all bonus DVDs were this packed.
As for 'best'? I've gotta go with Allison Moorer - Show. A live CD with a bonus DVD of the entire concert. Looks and sounds great.

Even if you aren't a big fan of Moby, the "18 B-Sides" album has a great DVD. 21 Outtakes and Bonus Songs; 6 Music Videos; A full live show; A megamix with all sorts of remixes. The B-Sides CD is ok, but this makes up for the purchase.

The dvd's from STP's and The Red Hot Chili Peppers greatest hits cd/dvd combos are great. All of their videos (commentary from RHCP) plus lots of live footage.

Jupiter Coyote's The Hillary Step. Not only is the album fantastic, but it also comes with an entire concert DVD (2 1/2 hours) in 5.1. It's only available (for now) through their site at jupitercoyote.com. You need to check it out!

Primus: Animals Should Not Try to Act Like People
The EP's nothing phenomenal (couple of good songs, but that's it)
...but the DVD's fantastic. Every video they've ever done plus about an hour of live footage.

In addition to those already mentioned...
Music:
Rat Pack - Live and Swingin'; includes a whole 1965 Rat Pack show hosted by Johnny Carson
Dashboard Confessional - MTV Unplugged; contains the whole Unplugged performance
Comedy:
Dane Cook - Harmful If Swallowed; includes his 30 minute Comedy Central presents and the unedited 60 minute act that it was taken from; other bits
One of the worst was Jurassic 5's Power In Numbers because I love them so much, but the "documentary" on the DVD is just plain boring.

The DVD that came for Cold: Year of the Spider was pretty good. Great live performances, videos.
Dave Mathews Band: Busted Stuff - came with a DVD with the most terrible picture quality EVER but the surround was at least decent and the 5.1 mix of Bartender is done rather well. Considering the CD and DVD only cost 9.99 though I'm not complaining.

The Rob Zombie and Metallica bonus DVDs are great. I'd like to mention Six Feet Under's Double Dead Redux CD/DVD set. I've got the Primus CD/DVD thing on order, hopefully I'll have it by this weekend. Primus SUCKS!

I second Dane Cooks dvd....and think that 3 Doors Down (besidse the videos) was pretty dumb- I'm pretty sure they laid the studio tracks over live performance video......
