According to Adam and Stevie, who post occasionally on the Showtime message boards, none of the stuff is set up.
I was thinking that maybe the Showtime crew just shoots and shoots and shoots, and then they take the most wacky/entertaining stuff that happens and splice it all together into an episode.
Or maybe I'm gullible. But I'll give them the benfit of the doubt.

I don't believe that for a NY minute. Sure, some stuff maybe isn't set-up but its pretty obvious a lot is. The girl is asked 'do you do girl-girl.' How do you get out of that question? I can buy that Stevie didn't know and they played it for the surprise, but the girl was definitely in on it, the way she was undressing with her back to everyone.
And that's just this episode. Then was in a previous episode that girl who went out with Adam and claimed to have watched the entire first season but didn't know what his 'speciality' was. Riiiight....

Don't know, but what is strange is that the chesty girl on the cover (and rear
) of the S1 DVD is different - a blonde instead of a brunette.
