Zoolander - Hilarious, OK, or Terrible?

Seeing as one of my favorite comedies is Zoolander and everyone I talk to about it either loves it or hates it...what do you guys think?

An alright movie with hilarious moments, like when Billy Zane tries to talk Zoolander out of the showdown. Why Billy Zane? Well, why the heck not? It was that kind of movie.

Hilarious. But not to everybody's taste, that's for sure.

Was really disappointed with this one. Couldn't wait to see it, love Ben Stiller, but just can't find anything good about the movie.

Sadly, I had to vote 'Horrible'.

I like it, but Will Ferrell is the best part of the entire movie.

This movie is a guilty pleasure for me. I know it's bad, but I still enjoy it. I waited to buy it until I found it for under $10.

I hated it after the first viewing. So many people recommended this. I caught it on cable a few months later and laughed, then again on cable and laughed a bit more.

I have more tolerance for silliness on cable, but not as much for rentals that have been highly recommended.

I wouldn't call it hilarious, but it definitely grows on you. I'd recommend it as OK, but I'd add a disclaimer....

A hilarious 45 minutes stretched out to feature length. SO just alright.

A lot is marvelous (dance-off, "blue steel", "school for ants", the sheer idea that Ben Stiller is supposed to be the most beautiful man alive, "listen to your friend... BILLY ZANE"), but it gets bogged down in some poorly written parts. Namely the execution - so to speak - of the assassination plot, Will Ferrel's wasted talent, Jerry Stiller's resolution, that sort of thing.

If Ben had rewritten the draft once or twice, it could have been one of the most expert comedies of recent years. Instead, it's just OK.

It's pretty good. It gave me a lot of material to make fun of a friend that was a former male model.

I said "alright". It had it's funny moments, but it's nothing terribly special. The best thing it has going for it is Ben Stiller who is amazing in every movie I've ever seen him in.

I think it's absolutely hilarious and probably one of the absolute funniest movie of the last decade (along side Lebowski) and is endlessly quotable... I saw it a good four times in the theatre and countless times on video.... I'm a Zoolander maniac...what can I say?

"God?"

"God? What the Shit, it's Maury!"

downright awful. a waste of human brain cells for two hours. I could feel each one dying every minute I continued to watch.
