No NFL or College Football.

Baseball Spring Training is around the corner and up the straightaway but just not close enough.

March Madness is a ways away still as well.

For most of us around the country, it's just not quite nice enough to do things outside, or even close to nice enough for that matter.

The NBA's nightly action is monotonous. Same can somewhat be said about the NHL.

So, how do you cope during this horribly shitty Sports month?

NHL. I've got the Mike Richter #35 retirement night at the Garden tomorrow. Who knows...maybe we actually win 2 games in a row.

You know what would be a good idea? A football league that started in February. I bet someone could make millions.

I love the NBA so I'll do just fine. However, if we have more of this games with Slava, Gary, George and whoever starting, I'll be in need of some serious sports action (or just action ;))

I do what I've done since September. Count the days until Opening Day. Might watch a little NBA/college basketball. Actually, I picked the wrong day to catch a college game, watched Kentucky on their way to losing to Vanderbilt.

That's a great weekend to be there. I was there for the opening weekend in 2001.

Yeah I have been every year since 2000 except 2001. It is definitely something every die hard fan of college basketball should experience at least once.

If it's good enough for 007, it's good enough for me....and boy, does it ever help you cope with just about anything :)

I have plenty of other hobbies, so it's a nice break from sports for me. I'm usually sick of football by this time of year, so it give's me a month to focus on other stuff before March madness and then the start of the baseball season.

No way dude. That means a NOVEMBER baby which would totally mess the end of the World Series and the heart of football.

Think next time
