Who wants to see Deep Rising rereleased?!

It was on last night and it made me think that it was time for a re-release. My old copy has had lots of play but it is non-anamorphic and has nothing really on it! Stephen Sommers has gone on to do great films and this I think is is most fun next to the Mummy. Does anyone else love this film and think it should be treated to some sort of SE or anamorphic re-release?!

Absolutely. Sommers commentaries are a lot of fun (The Mummy is great) and this movie is a great little B movie. Sommers makes fun flicks (well, this and the first Mummy) but this one was best imo cause ,well, it was silly and gory! And I like that Famke...

Anyway, new release...I'm game.

I'd like an SE, but I doubt it would happen.

I'd buy an SE. As jaeufraser said, it's a great B movie.

It's one of the most enjoyable shoot-the-aliens/monsters movies beside Aliens. An SE treatment would be great!

I'd buy an anamorphic version of Deep Rising. The reason I don't own it right now is because it hasn't been released on a decent disc in any region.
