Laverne & Shirley and Everybody Loves Raymond Coming This Year

On ELR:
I was able to attend an audience taping of Everybody Loves Raymond this past Friday night. When the announcer started the Q&A session, I asked him about possible DVD releases. Phil Rosenthal then stepped in and stated that he and Ray are finishing commentaries for the first season DVD set and hope to release it this May or June. Their plan would then be to release the other seasons annually at the same time.
On L&S:
DavisDVD.com is reporting today that Laverne & Shirley - The Complete First Season is in-the-works for DVD release later this year. Paramount verifies that information, but offers nothing more at this time. Stay tuned, and we'll have complete details for you as soon as the studio makes it available. Our thanks to Patrick Mizra of DavisDVD for alerting us to this.
Looks like we will get both this year finally! Good stuff!

I'll buy "Raymond" for sure. Don't tell Phil Rosenthal but I'll
pay a small fortune for it! I might buy L & S, that will depend
on how I like the price on it vs. other DVD purchases I might want.
