Do buy.com CSRs check this site?
Any buy.com CSRs roam this site? I've heard TERRIBLE things about their customer service and am in the midst of a real hassle right now. I notice dvdtalk has more than a few links to them and thought since this forum is bringing them business, maybe they would actually be surfing around here trying to help us poor consumers? I was going to call them about this problem I'm having until I read this article about charging money for calling them. I don't know if that is still in effect or not, but from my current experience with their awful CS I wouldn't doubt it. Anyway, if any of their CSRs are currently roaming this site I was hoping one would either e-mail me or post here so I can finally get in touch with one.
