DVD's needing to be re-released with the movies' OAR?

I recall this has come up before but I was unable to find it. I want to add a link in the FAQ to a thread of movies that have been released on DVD but not in their OAR.

Full Metal Jacket is OAR. Kubrick filmed it in 4:3.

another one is Kickboxer. HBO needs to reissue the anamorphic widescreen version they put out in 1999 so i don't have to get raped for $50+ from some auction some place.
