Well, that was disappointing. Some of the racial draft was funny at least.

The Samuel Jackson Beer was a great idea, but Dave is too skinny to do a dead on impression. Just didn't work.

The "I f**ked up" thing got a good laugh out of me at the end.

The whole Slo-mo thing was pretty funny. It felt like it ran a little long, but very funny nontheless.

Racial Draft - Not bad, made me laugh.

All in all, good episode. I can't wait to see what else this show has in store for the rest of the season.

That was almost as good of an opening as last years Mitsubishi spoof. I thought that the hair sealed it. He looked a lot like Sam Jackson in Pulp Fiction. Ill agree that the slo-mo thing ran a bit long. The racial draft was hilarious. "Conichiwa Bitches!"

The racial draft was hilarious

"So long fried rice, hello fried chicken"

5th pick: Asians-Wu Tang Clan

The Samuel Jackson and "I f****d up" bits were good

Didn't care for the slo-mo

The racial draft is what makes this show worth watching.

one question: does anyone know the title of the song played during the laundromat slo-mo scene? it's some enya-ish thing that made the club charts for a while about ten years ago....its driving me nuts....

Not bad, but not nearly as good as last season's opener (or as good as most of last season, IMO). The beginning was the best...not the Samuel Jackson beer, but Dave's history of dissent. The slo-mo was amusing but never really "got there." The racial draft was okay, mostly 'cause of the WuTang section. Definitely good enough that I won't miss next episode though...

My favorite part of the Racial Draft was when the white announcers said OJ was black again and they did that little hand gesture to each other.

I agree with most here. Not as good as last season, but the Racial Draft showed a lot of promise. Just that concept itself makes the show worth watching.

I thought the Racial Draft was funny, but I can't quit laughing about the Samuel Adams/Samuel L. Jackson skit. I have been watching it over and over today on the website: Sam Adams/Jackson skit. He cracks me up.
