Perhaps you should post a poll with your poll.

Even though they're both one trick comedians, I went with Adam.

Haven't seen Punch Drunk Love yet, but i've enjoyed his previous flicks. [Mr. Deeds, though, not as much. I kept it for the Dave Matthews video.]

However, Ben's show kicked MUCH ass.

Still, I broke the tie by counting whose DVDs I own more of...

The end of Tennenbaums, where Stiller had his resolution with Hackman (dog scene) had me choked up a little, I think he did a good acting job there.

Punch drunk love showed some promise in Sandler, but I always have to keep in mind that the part was written for him, and feel I need to see more before I make up my mind on his acting ability.

I think the jury is still out on both.

Ben Stiller has the better acting range, but Adam Sandler is funnier. I give it to Stiller for his greater flexibility.

Anyone who ever watched THE BEN STILLER SHOW should be able to answer this question with ease. Ben's much more creative than Adam. Not always funny, but then again, I don't think Adam is EVER funny.

Stiller gets my vote based on Something About Mary, Meet The Parents and his recent spot on Curb Your Enthusiasm

Ben at his best is funnier than Adam could ever hope to be. Ben also has better acting range. Even sticking to comedy, Ben is able to do some spot-on impersonations and characters, while I've never seen Adam do anything other than loud funny voices.

No comparison, Stiller all the way.

Adam Sandler only knows one, (painfully unfunny), stupid voice and uses it for every character he plays.

Ben Stiller just cracks me up no matter what role he plays(except for Permanent Midnight) while every Adam Sandler movie since Happy Gilmore has been terrible, so I had to pick Stiller.

Ben has awesome reactions.... His timing is almost perfect.

I like both of them though. (picked Ben)

Adam Sandler by far. Too bad the poll doesn't show that.

Ben Stiller by far. Fortunately, the poll shows that.

Stiller?

I couldn't couldn't couldn't agree with you more.
The only place I could ever tolerate Sandler was
on "SNL" (small increments).

I agree, with the exception of The Wedding Singer . . . that was every bit as funny as Happy Gilmore

Ben Stiller is easily the better of the two. Sandler's ranger has only two gears, idiot man-child and disturbingly violent.

I agree, although I really liked Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore, Sandler has proved pretty weak in overall comedic range since those movies. Ben Stiller has a much better range, from subtly funny to over the top.

Ben Stiller for sure. Adam Sandler can only play one annoying character and not very well or very funny at that. No competition.

They both more or less just play the same characters over and over...but Adam made Punch Drunk Love...so...I go with Adam...

one trick ponies. You could almost add Jim Carey to the poll as well, if it weren't for Truman.
