Phish Live 17-20 Question

Just curious if anyone knew why 17-20 do not come with the case sleeves?

Product Page
Please Note: These releases do not come with ShowCase sleeves. They have been remastered, and come in an innovative single-width jewel case with enhanced artwork based on the downloadable graphics on LivePhish.com

Live Phish 17-20 do come with sleeves. They're the last scheduled for the series, which is now on hiatus (better the series than the band!). I highly recommend 18...perhaps my favorite of the bunch and the infamous Tweezerfest.

The Live Phish 2003 releases don't come with sleeves. I can't give you a real reason why. I do know they're not numbered (e.g., they're not 21-23) and are not supposed to be considered part of the "series."

Duh - that was kinda stupid of me - for some reason, I saw the 2003 offerings along with some 17-20 package and thought they were the same.

As in "last scheduled" - they will return at some point or another, correct? Just not the 6 every 6 months?

I hope they return. It's a great series. Right now, I own 17 of the 20 that have been released. I'll get around to picking them all up eventually. Still need to pick up the 2003 collection. I was at the Utah show, and the copy I've got of it ain't that great. It's an incredible show.

Thanks for the reply Gdrlv - I just heard them on Sirius last week and went out and bought Live Phish 09 and now I'm hooked. I think I've got 6 more on the way now. Great stuff - can't wait for the other albums to get here.

Which ones did you get?

My favorites...
18
6 (the second set on this one is unbelievably good)
11
15 (includes a song-for-song cover of Remain in Light by Talking Heads)
20 (the David Bowie is awesome)

i've got everything in the LP series - the 20 hard releases, and all the downloads.. while the downloads are great (i've since stopped taping phish and started really enjoying the shows), i really hope they bring back the hard-copy LP releases.. they're great.

10/31/95 - best. show. ever.

I only have 9 now, but ordered 1, 4, 6 & 17-20. I also plan on getting Live Phish 2003, but was just checking here about the inserts before buying.

I'll keep an eye out for 11 & 15 and I take it 10/31/95 is only available via download?

10/31/95 is Live Phish 14.

Live Phish 13-16 are the Halloween costume shows. All of them are three sets, and they perform an entire album by another band as the second set...
13 (10/31/94):The Beatles - White Album
14 (10/31/95): The Who - Quadrophenia
15 (10/31/96): Talking Heads - Remain in Light
16 (10/31/98): Velvet Underground - Loaded

Welcome to the wonderful world of Phish, by the way...
