I watch Dawn of the Dead a few times a year. It seems that I put Election on quite frequently.

I don't own the movie, but one of the local channels plays Brewster's Millions about once a month as the Saturday night late movie, and I watch it every time they show it. I had no idea how much I liked that movie.

Easy. "It's a Wonderful Life" and "A Christmas Story" every holiday season.

As far as non-Holiday fare, probably "The Silence of the Lambs." For the acting.

Any Star Wars movie, though I find that on TPM I'll watch the final lightsaber duel multiple times throughout the year.

If a "Vacation" movie is on TV, for some reason... I just can't change the station... though I'd never buy these flicks on DVD.

On DVD? Big Lebowski and Temple of Doom are the two movies I've watched the most... they just never get old!
