Can anyone who has ordered from them in the past tell me how their experience was..reliable, fast, etc..? I ordered and can't seem to get a hold of them to ask about the order, e-mail or phone. Thanks in advance.

I ordered the Ichi the Killer 2 Disc Dutch SE last year, they didnt get it in stock for quite some time and apparently they were overwhelmed with orders for it, so it took a long time to actually recieve the product. This is probably not the case for in stock items. However, They were friendly with emails and service throughout. Also I think it is just a group of Asian cinema fanatics running this site so its not a corporation. I think there was some of their story in their site FAQ. Overall I would give them a B+, and I would consider ordering from them again.

You'll find several good choices whilst browsing through threads on this forum.

I tend to use a mixture of the following depending upon title and have received nothing but excellent service from the ones i've listed:

www.yesasia.com :- great for asian films R3 & R2 Japan.

www.koreandvds.com :- R3 Korean

www.xploitedcinema.com :- European R2 Cult/horror etc + other imports from various regions

some people have praised Aznfilms, but they screwed up both my orders with them. missing/damaged items. though they do answer mails and are pretty friendly, it took several mails and lots of waiting to get some of the items i ordered (the rest were cancelled because they couldn't get replacements). i'll try others before them again.

ditto here. overall, they are an honest bunch of folks, but i don't think they're true professionals of retail industry. i said this because of my two experiences with them:

- first one got lost - or so they claim since it didnt show up on the tracking. they're not very fast in answering emails, but to their credit, they responded in time.

- second one had a collectible poster but it was folded three or four times.

I'll buy from them again but they're not my first choice.

The thing about them now is they're understaffed so it's very hard to get a hold of them by email. December was also the holidays so that didn't help much.

I've had very good experience with them. Before December, I ordered 3 times from them dating back to October 2002 and haven't had any problems.

I ordered a few movies in December, and asked them if they could special order a movie they don't have on their site, which they very nicely did. Their merchant account told them not to send me the flicks because I moved halfway around the world, but aznfilms said they'd send me the movies anyway. Problem is they were supposed to get the movie last week but I don't know if it happened or not because I haven't had an email since the last week of December.

These guys are not professionals. The best indication of that is that they answer their emails (usually). Some of the movies you can only find on their site so if you want the movie, you kind of stuck.

I like them and I'll buy again.
