Panasonic Widescreen HDTV Monitor Question

I'm going to purchase a new television, probably today.

I'm leaning toward the Panasonic 53" (PT53TW53).

1. Is there any reason to stay away from this set?

2. Can I get a better TV for the same money ($1999.99) at Circuit City.

3. What's the major differences between this model and the PT53WX53 (which sells for $1,699.99)?

4. Is Circuit City a good place to buy or is there a cheaper store?

If you can answer any of these questions, I would thank you for your input.

PS. It would be great if you would recommend a decenct (yet affordable) DVD player to go along with the set.

I think the main difference is the PT53TW53 has a DVI-HDCP interface. I have last years model of this set and it looks and works great. I am still glad I went with this set so I don't think you could go wrong. Just decide if the DVI input is worth it to you.
