Was just looking on CircuitCity.com and noticed that they are offering what appears to be the 12 month pre-paid card for XBOX Live at a $15.00 price break with their "red dot sale" promotion.

Do a search for "XBOX Prepaid" under "Electronics" at the top of their site.

You are able to do in-store pick-up for these as well, unlike video games which are direct ship only.

How does this work???? Is it just a code to use when your current subscription runs-out? Do I have to set up a new name with it? How do you input it into your account????

Can you add it to your account even if your first subscription is not expired?

You can use it now and it will extend your current ID/sub for an additional year from whatever your expiration date currently is.

Sign into Live then go to:

1) Account Management

2) Select Subscription

3) Choose Modify

4) Enter the last 4 digits of your billing credit/debit card.

5) Select Subscription Code and then Monthly or Annually.
