David Allen Coe - where do the racist & lewd songs come from?

I've seen David Allen Coe songs that appear to be pretty racist, some lewd, some racist and lewd. Most of the titles I can't even list here, even edited, but here are a few to give you the general idea:

I'd Like to F*** the Sh** Out of You
F***in in the Butt
Hot Wet Tight Bald P****
Cowboys and ***********s
The Devil Went to Jamaica

Where do these songs come from? I've done a search at mainstream stores without any luck. I'm not saying I want to buy the CD these come from, but am interested to see it.

He was on Howard Stern a few years ago saying how all those songs were written a LONG time ago. They're probably all out of print now.

He seemed to play it off as one big joke and I think he even mentioned how he had a black guy in his band while playing those songs. He didn't seem too proud of those songs though.

If I remember correctly, Kid Rock is a big fan of his (references him in a song or two).. I think they have even done a duet live

I had a friend tell me about this a few weeks ago. It seems for whatever reason this brand of his music is being requested a lot at the music store my friend works at.

don't forget "C*m Stains on the Pillow"!

I know some people who had an extensive collection of David Allen Coe mp3s.

Couple years ago, he was supposed to play at some club in southern IL, and he showed up like 2 hours late and was drunk (is what somebody told me that was there).

I downloaded them years ago, and they are pretty rude, but some of them are just funny.
