How many times have you seen it?
I saw ROTK again tonight, which makes three times. I plan on going at least once more. Unlike the first two films (both of which I saw three times in the theater), I don't feel burnt out on it yet. I don't ever see myself getting tired of this incredible movie.

I've seen it once - during Trilogy Tuesday. Hopefully my opinion improves when I see it during the next week. Then I will probably catch at least one more time after that while it is still at the theater.

Actually, i would like to ask all LOTR fans for a favor.....
I have seen it twice but the second time was better. It was awesome and to see alot of people there was great but so far it has only made $223 mil. How about us fans of LOTR pass the word around and say how great this movie is. Maybe we can help this movie make so much money it will break records and put it on the map forever.
Just a thought.....

I've seen it twice.
I'll probably see it once more. I saw FOTR twice, and TTT 4 times as I ended up going with different friends.
I'd see it more, but I'm short on money and pretty busy. By the time I drive to the theater, sit through the movie, and drive back a whole day is pretty much shot.

once... Im waiting for it to just about be done with its theatrical run before I go see it again... seems every time I go to see a LotR flick in the theater there are several IDIOTS in the theater who flap their jibbs or make noise the ENTIRE length of the movie thus ruining it for me. I'll wait and hope that there will be less idiots later on. BTW, for those of you who speak once the lights dim... do you really think I paid $7 to listen to ur dumb azz?!?!??!

twice and that's it for the theater for me too.
Saw it opening day and everyone was dead silent. Most amazing theatrical experience ever.
Saw it a week later with renewed faith and hope that theater audiences could behave and had my dreams crushed. Someone yapping on their cel phone during that big death scene. Couple next to me talking out loud the WHOLE movie. "Oh! There's the ring!" "Yeah, that's the ring." "There's a hobbit!" etc...
Next movie and last movie I will see in the theaters will be Star Wars Episode III and the only reason I will see that in the theaters is because I'm sure it will be spoiled for me by the time it comes out on DVD/video.

So far 3 times (in the first 3 days). Twice on opening day. I know
we'll be going again on New Years Day (already planned). I don't
know if I'll see it more than 4 or not.
Saw FOTR and TT 3 times in theaters. I have to agree that ROTK
doesn't have that 'Tired' feel to it after repeat viewings.

Saw FotR and TTT each twice.
I've seen RotK 2x so far and was going for a 3rd time but it was sold out...and this was just this last saturday.
Probably see it a 3rd time this weekend.
Cannot wait for the EE of RotK.

I've only seen it once (midnight screening on the Tuesday night), but I definitely plan on going back at least once more before the spring semester stars up again.

Did a marathon viewing of both FOTR EE and TTT EE last night, and am going to ROTK (for the 3rd time) this afternoon.
Kinda like my own little version of "Trilogy Tuesday".
