Although i think they are all pretty good, i have to say that May It Be stuck with me for quite a while.
Gollum's Song is stinging and bittersweet, but i can't say it would be a favorite.
the new one - into the west - intrigues me, but i don't THINK it will top may it be in my mind.

I know I am the minority here but I love Into the West. Mainly, I suppose, because I keep thinking of the "sting" of this theme that played as Sam carried Frodo up the mountain...one of my favorite scenes, if not my favorite, in all three films.

"Into The West" is by far the best one. The lyrics express the ending and its meaning very well and the lullabye-like melody is perfect. Although I like the previous two, Enya's melody is too repetitive and Gollum's Song is interesting but not endearing.

3 viewings of ROTK so far, and I still don't like Annie Lennox's song.
Gollum's song gets my vote, very poignant, makes you actually feel for the character.

They are all good, but I liked Gollum's song the most. The haunting feel is very cool and Torrini's voice seems to be perfect for the song.

May it be especially in the credits since it flows so well with the rest of the score, but haven't heard Into the west enough to compare... Gollum's song is interesting but hasn't captured me yet.

May it be is my favorite with Gollum's Song a very close second.
Since I have only heard it once at 3:30 am I must say Into the West is third.
It may grow on me with repeat viewings :)

that might be my favorite song in the trilogy. possibly tied with the Shire theme.
as for these 3, right now it's May It Be, but I havent heard much of Lennox' song. it'll be easier to listen to on the DVD.
