Gory Horror Movies that are banned in 30+ Countries?

Will I get Arrested if say I was carrying a DVD of Cannibal Ferox (Banned in 31 Countries!) and walking around the streets with it in one of those banned country?

or was it just a Banned theatrical release in one of those 31 respective countries?

I don't really understand this Banned meaning.

Even if no theater or government bans the movie, they can say, 'banned in....' Stay away from most films that claim this, as it's usually a marketing gimmick to sell a really bad movie!!
