DVD Talk Legend
Here's a good start list
The Zatoichi films (Animeigo and Home Vision)
Sword of Doom
The 47 Ronin
Samurai Trilogy (Samurai I - III, Criterion)
Lone Wolf and Cub films (Animego, first two are available and more to come)
Shogun (miniseries, questionable at times but worthwhile)
There's a lot more out there but

I'm sure everyone here will suggest many non-region 1 DVDs for you. But I'm assuming you don't have a region free player.
You said you know about all the Kurosawa movies, so I'd suggest the first DVDs you should get are:
Lone Wolf & Cub: Sword Of Vengence
Lone Wolf & Cub: Baby Cart at the River Styx
The Samurai Trilogy
Samurai Fiction: 2-Disc set - A bit offbeat but still an excellent film.
And you can never go wrong starting on the Zatoichi series.

If you go to Amazon.com and type in the word "saumrai" in the DVD search box you'll end up with 49 hits. That might be a good place to start. Seems that we are not making too many suggestions for you. I too like the Samurai movies, but I had no idea that there were 49 of them to choose from!!! Good grief! How to choose!
