Help with a dishplayer 7100
I don't know if this is a TV forum question, a HT forum question, or a computer forum question, so I put it in Other and will let the mods figure it out.
I want to upgrade the HD in my dishplayer 7100. It origianlly came with something like a 6 gb and I swapped in a 30 gb and that has been fine. I used this when I did it http://ben.reser.org/dishplayer/upgrade-howto.html and everything was groovy. However, I am looking for some kind of updated site wrt what HDs will work, which won't etc. Anyone know? I would like to go with around 120 gb or larger.

I alreadys gots me one
I just want more space to watch crappy shows with.
Actually, I finally watched all the shows that I had recorded, so now seems like a good time to upgrade.
Not too many 7100s out there anymore.

Buy a lite-on or rca dvd recorder for less than 300 bucks and then you'll never have to worry about the hard drive again, because you can just archive shows from the dishplayer to the recorder.

I don't know, I was never able to get into "Diskplayer 7100." The plot was a little too simplistic and the dialogue was wooden.
