Amazon Marketplace is a good deal for buyers

Amazon is great I have brought like 3 or 4 "like New" things from different people never had a issue. Seller Djangomusic ticked me off on my last dvd I order.

I place the order on Amazon Marketplace for National Lampoon Christmas Vacation 12/1/2003 and they sent me a letter saying it was shipped on the 2nd, as of the 10th no DVD. So I email them then it came on the 15th. The problem was the package was stamp shipped on the 11th.

So I am not they reshipped it or just happen to mail it after complaining.

I perfer Amazon cause I can pay with my bank card where as Ebay etc has that crappy paypal. Why must I sign up with paypal to buy from them? If ebay took normal visa orders like 90% of the sites out there I would be more incline to order from them.

Obviously you do not understand that you do not buy anything from eBay, you buy things from indivduals who sell their items using the listing services of eBay.

Ebay bought paypal. That's reason enough. They make money on both ends.

I accepted Paypal payments long before it was bought by eBay, because I am NOT A MERCHANT and therefore cannot accept credit cards. Paypal allows people to buy from me and pay with their credit card. Prior to Paypal's emergence on the scene, the only way someone could pay for an auction item from me was to mail a check or money order. If you don't appreciate that, fine, don't use it - but it has made the entire eBay process a lot easier for both me and my buyers.
