DVD Talk review of 'Power Rangers Ninja Storm - Cyber Clash'
I read John Sinnott's DVD review of Power Rangers Ninja Storm - Cyber Clash at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=8693 and the following part struck me as quite strange:
"Based on a Japanese TV show, the American adaptation has lasted longer than the original version"
By "the original version", do you mean the original Japanese TV show, or the original series of the American adaptation? The latter is true, but the former (which is the one more suggested by your phrasing) is very, very untrue.

Sorry for the confusion. My comment was worded poorly. I was trying to say that MMPR lasted longer than "Dinosaur Squadron Beast Rangers," the Japanese show that it was based on. (And yes, I had to look the name up...they all blend together for me.)
You are quite corrent in pointing out that Super Sentai, the series that Power Rangers was culled from, is very long lived. It has been around since the late 70's I believe. I would love to see some of those subtitled and released in the US on DVD!
Thanks for pointing out that ill phrased sentance.
