Survivor 7 Finale: *SUNDAY* 12/14
Here's a new thread to discuss the final show, which will be THIS Sunday, live (unless it's delayed by football?) from 8-10pm eastern this coming Sunday 12/14 (7-9pm central).
Here is the Final Four:
Darrah
Jon
Lill
Sandra
IMO, if Darrah doesn't get immunity the first time out, I could see Jon convincing Lill that, since Darrah is so well liked, that she needs to be gone before the Jury vote.
Also, IMO, I see clueless Lill accidentally voting for herself...
The jury consists of two of the above plus:
Ryan O., Rupert, Tijuana, Christa, and probably a very bitter Burton.
REMINDER: The reunion show comes on immediately after the two hour finale, at 10PM eastern (9 central). Those with Survivor Season Passes on their TiVo units might want to extend the finale episode recording by an hour, as a Season Pass will NOT pick up the Reunion Show.
Here is the Final Four:
Darrah
Jon
Lill
Sandra

Here is my prediction on how it's going to play out.
1st IC: Jon wins.
1st TC: Lill voted out. Lill gets 4th.
2nd IC: Darrah wins.
2nd TC: Jon voted out. Jon gets 3rd.
Final Two: Sandra and Darrah.
I think the voting will go like this.
Voting for Darrah = Tijuana, Ryan, Lill, Burton, and Jon.
Voting for Sandra = Christa, and Rupert.
Sandra gets 2nd.
Darrah is the ultimate survivor!
I don't think Burton or Jon will vote for Sandra since they'll think she broke the 'man alliance' by getting the women together. Tijuana and Ryan are natural votes for Darrah since they are former Morgan. How can you predict who will win immunities without even knowing what the challenges will be? I think they get rid of Darrah at first opportunity. She has proven herself by winning ICs and is well-liked. I like Darrah and I'm rooting for her so I hope she can win first IC.

sandra is in trouble. lil and darrah are a team. john doesnt like sandra. if sandra wins the next immunity i think she has a good chance to win (im actually rooting for her) but if she doesnt she is done. i think she is the only femal john fears so he vote her off and becaue d an lil seem to be together they will bring john on board with them. however, sandra may be able to manipulate lil...

I think a Sandra/Darrah final is the least likely. Basically, your premise is that one of those 2 will win the last IM. Why on earth would either one of them bring the other to the final - that would be their strongest competition in the final. The winner would be far more likely to pick whoever is left btwn Jon and Lil.

Howiefan, those are the two locigal choices considering 1) they have an alliance and 2) have D on their side who is likely to take at least one of the two IC's due to the competitor's ineptness.
Frankly, I don't like any of the options. None of these guys are particularily good at the game or at surviving in general. I suppose you could argue for Jon on the latter point, but since he flaunts himself too much I'd say he has some work to do.
On a side note, it'll be interesting to see what they eat in the last few days. I suppose they can scrounge up some mussles, but they certainly won't be getting fish.

At this point, if I'm Jon, I'd feel pretty confident that I've got 2nd place locked up, and just let people's "personal self-interest" impulse kick in.
I don't think Jon beats any of the 3 females left in a vote.
Darrah would win against Lill and Jon.
Sandra wins against anyone (based on the composition of the jury)
Lill wins against Jon.
At this point, if I'm Jon, I'd feel pretty confident that I've got 2nd place locked up, and just let people's "personal self-interest" impulse kick in.

I hope Jon can win both IC challenges, and think he will with the whole thing becuase of his grandmother(remember that was her dying wish , was to have himn win)
