few alias questions, spoilers for season 1 and 2 untagged
so if you are still watching season 2, get out now
alright,
my mom had a question, why do they call the show alias? i told her that its because syd sometimes goes as certain alias's on missions but she's only seen the first 3 episodes.
mine
did they ever explain in detail how spy mommy survived the car crash that supposingly killed her.
how did will and allison (fake francie) both survive in "the telling" i was sure that will was stabbed by allison.
How did alison become the double? i know she killed francie and became her identity, but was she created? I know will was looking into her name in "the telling" why was he doing that?

"Alias" because they all use aliases (not just names, but false everything)
Spy mommy sucked the air from the car's tires
Will survived because the powers that be were to gutless to kill him when he clearly should have died, and Allison for probably similar reasons (although the fired shots left it open to interpretation where many of us expected she would still be a alive)
Allison was transformed (for lack of a better word) with Markovic's "Helix" project which is some kind of vaguely explained gene therapy. Ethan Hawk was the first "double." Will was looking into her because she was part of that Project Christmas thing where they trained little Spy Kids.

i'm glad they didnt kill will. they took out francie already, killing will would have completely eliminated the other side of Syd's life. I liked how in season 1 they would juxtapose scenes of work and her "normal" life together.

i apparently taped an episode (was watching something else, and when it ended, i saw this episode) where apparently alison and syd have their "rematch" and also before that, it had a flashback to when alison kills francie. anyone remeber this season 3 episode
