Best Buy 5$ Gamer Coupon
I know I'm gonna get flamed for this but, I really have yet to see this mysterious $5 coupon, does it still exist and where and what does it look like. I't would be greatly appreciated if someone could scan there's so us uneducated could see it and track one down for ourselves.

ding ding ding. Now THAT is a valid question.
They already have them. They expire 12/04 BUT if I am not mistaken they can't be used on anything under $19.99 anymore. Before it was just up to the cashier but now I think it is in the computer.

Also, for anyone that doesn't know the difference between the coupons from the green card (exp. 12/31/03) and the black card (exp. 12/31/04), it works differently in the Best Buy registery system. The green coupon will automatically scan the first video game or accessory item purchased, and deduct $5 off of it. It doesn't care if the game item costs less than $19.99. If the first item happens to ring up less than $5, then its price will drop to zero.
Because of the loophole with the green card coupon, BB changed the way those coupons work on the ones with the black card. With the new coupon, after the cashier scans the coupon, he/she must go to the specific game item and manually deduct $5 off. Obviously, since the discount is manually applied, you pretty much have to abide by the $19.99 purchase rule. So if you run into clueless cashiers that claims that they already scanned the coupon but discount is not allowed, explain to them how it really works, or demand to see the supervisor.
