Trivia Question for The Hunted (1995)
Hello guys,
Got a tough trivia quesiton for you film buffs. In the movie, The Hunted (1995 version), starring Christopher Lambert...what Japanese samurai movie was he watching on TV as he thinks back to the execution of Joan Chen's character (which took place at the beginning of the movie by John Lone)?
The movie on the TV was a quick 5-10 sec clip. Was in color. Female lead tries to run past the samurai only to be cut through her mid section. She was wearing a white kimono. She pauses after being cut...then you see a horizontal line of blood appear...violent yet beautifully shot imho.
Love to find the name of this movie! Hope it is available on dvd.
