Holy crap, I've done this like 5 times before and I can't remember if I want to install outside-in or inside-out. It definitely looks like I should go outside-in as there is little space inside.
I cheched my hp instructions, which say "Apply pressure to the tabs."

I'm going off memory here, but if this is a model with the CD storage door on the top, then this should do it. Open the CD storage door and find the small hole on top of the case. Take a pen and press into that hole. This should hit a button, releasing the front panel. Then you can just pull it right off, exposing your bays. Hope that helps.
