Recommend Good Japanes/Korean/Horror?!

I just ordered Ichi the Killer....after seeing Audition quite some time ago I'm addicted to this genre now! Just got/watched Suicide Club the other night, I'm hoping to post a review shortly, and want some other ideas along these lines.

Thanks!
I have
Freeze Me
Audition
Suicide Club
Evil Dead Trap

I rented Ichi the other day and I just didnt get it... it was boring and dull. I took it back to BBuster and told them it was such a bad film they gave me a credit and let me rent another movie. That was so nice of them after wasting my time on it. I take it that was the R version and there is an uncut one because the preview of it I saw had more gore than what I watched...?

Dark Water was great though Juon beat it in fear factor in the first five minutes.

The Isle, from Korea. More of a mood piece than conventional horror, but very effective. Two words: fish hooks . . .

Sorry didn't mean to post this in the wrong forum!
Ichi looked really violent from the trailer I saw online! There is an unrated version.

Ju-On sounds great..I only have a region 1 player though...drat!

Oh, and do you guys get them all over at HKFlix? Or is there another site that speicializes in this genre?

I figured this would be a good thread to post this in:

Which Takashi Miike film should I buy?

Visitor Q
Audition
The Happiness of the Katakuris

All seem intriguing, I'm just not sure which to choose.

Audition is a great movie. It can really get to you.

Visitor Q is just so wrong on many levels. I love it

Too hard to decide which one. I haven't seen "Happiness..." yet. I'd go with Audition

Biozombies: More comedy than horror, think Return of the Living Dead meets Mallrats.

Three (The Wheel, Going Home, Memories) Twilight Zonish

Ring
Rasen
Ring 2
Ring 0

Check out the Korean Tell Me Something. Like sundog's example of The Isle, it's a moody piece, punctuated by some serious violence and gore.

Anything but "The Ring."

Even properly translated, the film makes no sense.

Babe and Finding Nemo don't make sense either, but I enjoy them anyway.

All the bbusters I go to have a policy of giving you a credit if you aren't satisfied with any movie you rent. I've done it before and they haven't given me any problems.

I'm gonna 2nd Biozombie. I find most Japanese horror like Audition and Ringu to be overrated. Biozombie, while not a scary thriller is silly fun.
