I own an MSI Geforce2 Ti(forgot exactly what model #) on an Athlon XP 1700, Abit KG7, 512mb RAM, Win2k SP4..
When playing Need For Speed: Underground, I keep on getting this really annoying rendering problem. Check the screenshots below:

These huge blocks of color appear randomly and stay for varied lengths of time. I had been using the 52.16 drivers, and I switched to 45.23 to see if this was the problem, it wasn't. I've also tried using different DirectX(v9.0b) settings like turning on/off vsync, messing with AA, etc. Nothing has really helped. The card isn't overclocked.
Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
