I wonder if you can get the $29.99 GCN players choice titles, like animal crossing. I'd love to get Super Monkey Ball and Animal Crossing for only $25

No it says "Regularly priced @ $19.99 each"

I read it as a $10 trade-in for each title up to 10 (excluding sport titles) not an extra $10 per title.

So i coudl trade in a bunch of crappy old sports games for 10$ each? ... Nice way to ditch your old EA titles if it turns out that way. They ussually only offer like 3$ for those.

I may take advantage of the Tenchu Wrath of Heaven (PS2) deal. Looks like a decent game, especially for the price.

It's okay. The dumb camera and tight spaces made me nuts constantly readjusting to try and find the next ledge or vent to grapple to. That said, there's enough visceral pleasures from the stelth kills to merit a $10 purchase.

Ugh, the mall on Black Friday...I am getting nightmares already

Good deals, though. Too bad I already have Max Payne 2 and Vice City.

I'll probably do the 2 for $25 offer, trade in some old games for $10 each, and if our store has anything decent, maybe the buy 2 get 1 free deal.

I doubt we will see heavy traffic, as the only thing really jaw-dropping is the $30 off Max Payne 2, and the 2 for $25 offer.

Also, if you guys have ANY old crappy GBA games you don't want, we are having a special for Thanksgiving weekend. We will give you at least $10 for every GBA game your trade in. No titles excluded.

What is the name of this booklet? I looked for it at the store, but they only had the holiday book. Should I just ask for the list of things on sale for this friday?

Also, are all of these player choice GC games that are available for the deal?...
Luigi's Mansion
Super Monkeyball 1
Resident Evil
Resident Evil 0
Super Mario Sunshine
Eternal darkness

thanks!

Thanks for the information, Dean. That's really helpful. A couple of questions if you don't mind:

1. Are EB stores getting extra stock of the advertised games to meet potential demand? I know that at my local store, you're usually lucky if you find one copy of a game like Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven or Pikmin (two titles I'd like to get during the sale).

2. Is Aggressive Inline counted as a sports or non-sports title for the purposes of trade-in?

3. Do the GBA games have to include boxes and manuals?

Thanks.

So, still get the same amount of $$$ trade in w/o Game Case/Cover Arts ??

Thank

SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETTTTTT!!!!

I can finally get rid of my Tony Hawk 2 for gba. I think I am going to take advantage of the gba sp deal (I already have an sp, so I never use my old gba, and this will give me a good christmas/b-day present for my brother), the trade in and get $10 credit per game, and maybe i'll pick up tenchu.

Our store got a couple extra Player's Choice copies for the 2 for $25 sale. We also got a ton of certain GBA games because there is a promotion, if you buy a GBA and a $30 game, you'll get to choice from 1 of I think 5 different games. This week i'm sure we'll probably get a couple extra copies of the $9.99 games and the GH/PH/PC games.

2. Is Aggressive Inline counted as a sports or non-sports title for the purposes of trade-in?

Hmmm...this seems more of a personal opinion then a yes/no answer. Our system doesn't seperate sports/non sports titles. So it's pretty much up to the cashier if he wants to give you the $10 credit. I say give it a shot.

3. Do the GBA games have to include boxes and manuals?

Nope. No boxes or instructions are required.
