Yes, finally! I can retire one of my last 20 or so VHS tapes. And the cover is infinitely better than the terrible VHS/1st release DVD cover. One of my very favourite films.

I am very impressed the chose this cover. Glad to see American cover designs don't always have to be floating heads, and I was afraid they were going to go with that for this release to capitalize on the popularity of Johnny Depp.
This might have been covered in a different thread, but any word yet on all the bonus features, and a comparative list to what is available on the R2 version? I am wondering if this will be worth the double dip.

Love the cover and specs on this film. I'm very interested in the Landau commentary. I've only seen the movie once and absolutely loved it. On the must-buy list. Very happy to hear it's in February to recover from the onslaught of great DVDs on my must-buy list.

Whoa, it's a two-disc set? I.Can't.Wait.
I want, I want, I want!! Just two more months...
Question: What is on this release that wasn't on the initial DVD that was released and pulled, and vice versa?

I'm thinking that Disney is capitalizing on Depp's recent leap to fame here. I know it would have been out eventually, but that just gave them the kick in the butt they needed to get this out the door again.
