Speed Racer on Speed channel

Just thought I would let you guys know that Speed Racer is being shown on the speed network at 4PM central time.

How cool is that.

I don't think I've ever actually watched it, though I see references to it quite a bit.

Great Speed Racer Achievements(in no particular order):

- the first appearance of Bullet time on TV.
- First appearance of buttons on the steering wheel
- First appearance of a car navigation system(robot pidgeon)

If you have the "means to do so", there's a song out there that uses dialogue from the show to make the funniest, and filthiest techno song I've ever heard.

He is actually referring to stoping the action and moving the camera to another position. Speed jumps out of his car and the camera rotates the whole shot to the side of the car.
