The OLD Star Wars cartoons? and tv movies?

Any word on the old Star Wars cartoons and tv movies coming to DVD? Or is that under the category of "eventually but we currently have no plans".

I know the Holiday Special won't ever be seen...but that animated short within it would make an excellent extra.

A vendor at the recent Chiller Theatre Expo had the Star Wars Holiday Special on DVD. The video quality was remarkably good! That Holiday Special was so bad I couldn't see myself spending money on it... I decided instead, to buy Roger Corman's live action Fantastic Four film from the same vendor.

Lucas does not want to acknowledge any of these things. I wish I had the Holiday Special on DVD. I have it on DivX but I want a HQ version on DVD dammit!!

Anyone know where I can purchase them?

Thanks

Though not on DVD, if you want them on VHS, check your local video stores. I've found old copies of the DROIDS cartoon and sometimes the manager will sell them, especially if they don't get rented much.

Yeah - that's a REAL improvment.

Yeah, bootleg vendors have some interesting videos at times. I saw one that had a special cut of The Matrix with 3 hours of new footage.

I don't think I would want to purchase either of those...

... although, some hypothetical person who just happens to use my computer might have downloaded them...

Where can such "interesting" sellers usually be found? (besides ebay)

Okay guys, where can we download them from - or is that a no-no on the forum. Administrator, If it is a forbidden topic please delete . I do not wish to break any of the forums rules.

Thanks

Discussing where to get bootlegs isn't allowed, whether you're talking "in code" or not. Closing.
